GENERAL INFORMATION

Hours: Customer service hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday. All orders must be sent via e-mail or fax, no phone orders are accepted. To avoid duplication, please indicate if order was previously sent. Factory cannot be responsible for duplicate orders. Order acknowledgements will be sent for each purchase order, and we require that it is signed and returned to us prior to the ship date.

 

Minimum Order Requirement: Factory has a minimum order value requirement of $100 (Z) of product. Less than minimum is not available on our drinkware line.

 

Production Time: Production time varies and is noted with each product.  A complete purchase order with all pertinent information is required along with approval of art to begin production.

 

Changes & Cancellations:  Cancellations or changes to orders must be submitted in writing. Cancellations must be made well in advance to the scheduled ship date. You may be invoiced for any work already completed. Any type of order change may result in a delay to the original scheduled ship date. If adding to an order that is already produced but not shipped, a new purchase order is required, and the additional pieces will be produced based on the current production schedule and pricing for that quantity.

 

Overruns/Underruns: Factory reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the original order quantity. Overruns will ship to the same address as the order. For drop shipments, overruns will ship to the billing address unless otherwise specified.

 

Claims & Returns:  Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns must be approved in advance by obtaining a return authorization number from customer service. All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made with the carrier.

 

Self-Promotions: EQP minus 10% with a reduced setup charge (price varies by item). Terms and conditions apply. Self-promotion pricing cannot be combined with any promotional offers or discounts.

 

Shipping Terms: Factory will ship according to instructions on purchase order. If shipping instructions are not specified, orders will be shipped according to our best judgment. Factory cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or anything else beyond our reasonable control. Title to merchandise passes to buyer at time of shipment. Any claims for loss or damage to goods must be filed against the carrier. All materials should be retained for inspection by carrier. UPS or FedEx may bill factory for address corrections and those charges will be invoiced to the customer if an inadequate or inaccurate address was provided. Please be aware that even if a 3rd party shipper number is provided, address correction charges are billed back to the factory. Factory will generate a separate invoice to the customer for any address correction charges. All perishable items returned due to inadequate addresses will be destroyed and non-perishable items will be donated.

 

Dropship and Split Shipments: Add $2.50 (V) per location if you require us to ship each individual gift to a different location. Addresses must be submitted using our factory supplied excel template or an additional fee of $3.00 (V) per location will apply. For split shipments, add $12.50 (V) per location. Shipping charges are additional and billed separately.

 

Foreign Shipments (shipments outside the continental United States): Canadian shipments will have a fee of $2.50 (V) per address (both drop and bulk). All other international orders will have a $20 (V) fee per address (both drop and bulk). Please note that due to federal regulations, we cannot ship to the following countries: Mexico, Brazil, Norway, Nigeria and the Bahamas. RECEIVER OF GOODS will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment Declared value will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested. Promo Revolution® is not responsible for delays in custom, ocean freight shipments or air freight shipments beyond our immediate control.

 

Individual Mailers: Add $2.00 (V) for a standard, non-custom individual mailer. Price includes insertion of drinkware into the mailer - deduct .20¢ (V) for flat mailers. Mailers will be bulk packed into a master carton, unless drop shipping is requested. Additional fees and freight charges apply for drop shipments. Custom printed mailers also available, inquire for more information.

 

Gift Cards: Gift cards can be added to individual packages within an order. Add $.25 (V) per piece if you supply your own gift card to the factory and all cards are the same. Add $2.50 (V) to match a specific card to a corresponding package. Factory can create gift cards for a charge of $1.00 (V) per piece plus a $60 (V) set up charge. Factory-made gift cards are 5"W x 3"H with a 25 piece minimum.

 

Warm Weather Shipping:  If outside temperature exceed 70 degrees, shipping coolers may be required when shipping chocolate and other meltable items. For standard shipments, Add $15 (V) per cooler, per carton. For drop shipments, add $5 (Z) per cooler, per location - pricing may vary based on size of item, call factory for quote.

 

Random Samples: Sample orders totaling less than $15 (Z) will be billed at no charge, however we will require your UPS or FedEx shipper number for freight.

 

Spec Samples: Spec samples are billed at $100 (V). This fee will be deducted from the invoice if an order is placed.

 

Rights to Promotion:  We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing at time of order.
